Rick Raymond, P.I. is a descendant of the Florida Pioneer Families and as a fifth generation Floridian, he knows nearly every back road and small town in the State. He has served in Federal & Municipal Law Enforcement and Private Investigations for over thirty-five years. Rick has been a licensed private investigator since 1998 and was previously the Chief Intelligence Officer & Director of Security for a large nationwide medical services company. He is a Court Certified Expert Witness in the area of Locate Investigations & Missing Persons. During his career, he has conducted over 1,000 missing person investigations and is routinely called as an expert witness in locate investigation methodology and parental kidnapping locates.
Rick has previously provided dignitary protection for several high ranking U.S. Government officials while serving as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer. His private client list also includes numerous celebrities, high-profile corporate executives and the Grammy Music Awards. He is a Florida licensed Private Investigator and a former certified Florida Law Enforcement Instructor through the FDLE CJSTC. Rick has been featured in Bloomberg BusinessWeek magazine, National Public Radio (NPR), the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and interviewed on MSNBC television news regarding his investigations.

Jennifer Deschamps, RN, BSN, LNC, PI is a Licensed Private Investigator with over 27 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in Medical, Cardiac and Surgical Intensive Care, Trauma and Acute Rehabilitation. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Sciences from The University of Montreal, Canada. She has worked for state-of-the-art teaching hospitals throughout the United States and Canada. In addition to being a Co-Owner of Rick Raymond Investigations, her investigative experience includes Locate Investigations, Background Checks, Surveillance, Process Service, Medical Case Reviews and Standards of Care investigations. Her unique investigative experience and medical expertise is well suited to her Legal Nurse Consulting services including Personal Injury cases, Medical Malpractice cases and Workers' Compensation claims. Many law firms have discovered the value of adding a Legal Nurse Consultant to their litigation support team. Jennifer provides to attorneys and law firms her knowledge, experience, resources and proven credentials allowing them to level the playing field in their medical-legal matters.
